Good quality and nice to use
These are not particularly cheap and there are a lot of alternatives out there that are a lot cheaper. However, you generally get what you pay for. First impressions are that they are basically sponges! However, once loaded with a bit of car polish (as per my first use), I was impressed with how soft and easy to glide over the paintwork they are. There is no abrasion, the polish spreads nicely over the sponge and is absorbed to ensure that a nice thin film of polish is administered to the body work. I believe they will be useful for many types of car detailing, inside and outside. The pads wash out ok but have left a dark staining that does not seem to want to come out with hand washing. However, that appears to be just cosmetic and does not degrade the effectiveness. Can't comment just yet on longevity and will update the review if they fail to impress, but at the moment they appear to have been a good choice, if a little expensive for what on the face of it is just a bit of sponge. Recommended

Very Good........ Until the stitching fails :(
When I first used a pad, I was impressed. The polish went on easily, was well spread and simple enough to buff off.As the pad was grubby when I'd finished, I put it in the washing machine on a gentle wash at 30 degrees.Sadly, when the pad came out, around 50% of the stitching around the pad had failed and I'm left with two choices, repair it, or bin it.I'll try the former, see how it goes and update my review!

Good for applying polishes and waxes
Another good product from Meguiar's which can be used to apply a whole range of car cleaning products inside or outside of your car. They are also machine washable and therefore very cheap to buy in the long run.I would recommend marking which product you use on each pad to avoid cross contamination if you are a perfectionist and if you accidentally drop them then do not re-use until you've washed them again.Is ideal for applying any of the following by hand : compound, polish, wax, cream, T-cut, leather cleaner, balm, glass cleaner, glazes, ceramic coatings etc.
