I use these soft gel capsules as part of my skincare regime, adding the vitamin e with a thick face cream before bed. It leaves your skin feeling so well nourished and hydrated. I love the quality of these soft gel capsules, all in all Solgar is a brand I trust.

Buy these for my chocolate brown labrador as he suffers with allergies. Really seem to help.

There nothing to dislike they are medium sized torpedo shaped gel capsules which are easy to swallow. These are Tocopherols which are ok as far as I can tell. I did try the Tocotrienols for a time but they are very expensive. These capsules are a quality product from a recognised brand at a reasonable price.

Solgar makes the best Nutritional Supplements Hands down. I always by Solgar because of their quality. That's one of the reasons why you can't get them on a deep discount like other brands because they are truly quality and they don't cut corners for anybody! I know this company very well because as the Nutrion team leader for Wholefoods and other companies for almost 20 years, I know what I'm talking about! However, you need to know that there are 3 different Vitamin E that you can buy. One is the synthetic one that states it's made of DL Alpha which is crap! The other two are Natural which are either made from Mixed Tocopherol This is good but not as good as the pure D Tocopherol (and not mixed) which is the best and is usually more expensive but it's worth your money. Be sure to take your Vitamin E like your Vitamin D with food that contains Fat because they are both Fat soluble and absorb much better in your system!

While the product is good, this is far too high a dosage to take. I ended up with toxicity symptoms after just a few days. Switched to 100IU capsules from Solgar and my body was able to handle that better. No other complaints when it comes to Solgar supplements, they are some of the best in the world!
