Perfect for what it is. Very simple. Does only one job and does it well. A bit tricky to understand how to set it up at first but once you've done it, it's easy and obvious. I'm using it for running. Nice loud beep when it's time to change your pace - I can hear it over music in my headphones - and good big clear numbers on the screen.

Brill I bought two. One for me and one for my Hubby. Really helped with our couch to 5K fitness routine. Running has got better and still using them I would recommend.

Does what it says but I’m finding it tricky to switch it off and swap between intervals as you can’t always get to the screen to do this. Better step by step instructions are needed

This is brilliant for using in classes and for HIIT training...I love it and wouldn't be without it.

The timer allows you to store multiple programs of multiple different types. In addition to programming my jog/spring/jog intervals, I also programmed in non-repeating intervals of different durations to use as timers for rest periods between sets. It takes only a couple of seconds of clicking through the menus to recall these different timing programs, which I need to do for different kinds of exercise. I'd rather it was instant but it's hard to see how any product could make it much faster than this does. It's a lot faster than programming the intervals each time would be.So far I have only used it inside. The beep seemed loud enough indoors at least. I used it with the belt clip. When I use it outside I will be using the lanyard and/or one of the bands to attach it. The belt clip doesn't seem that sturdy. I haven't had any issues with it yet but I've only used it a few times so far.I found it pretty easy to use, but I'm a computer programmer and I am used to systems with different modes etc. I can understand why some might not find it that easy. There are a couple of things that are a little non-intuitive like the fact that there is different program storage for the different modes. However I think anyone will be able to figure it out with patience by playing with it and reading the manual.If you're trying to figure out whether you should buy this one or the basic one, buy this one for sure. Being able to store many programs makes it a much more versatile device that you can use for more than just straight interval training.

C'est grâce à une influenceuse que j'ai découvert cet article et je ne suis pas déçue. L'utilisation n'est pas intuitive mais il existe des modes d'emploi sur internet. Très pratique à l'usage et solide. Il reste bien en place. Il a une fonction vibreur qui évite de faire trop de bruit et de déranger en salle ou à la maison. Un super achat. Je l'utilise pour la musculation mais également pour le yoga afin de tenir les positions un certain temps sans devoir compter ou regarder ma montre. Un gain de concentration non négligeable.

ottimo per accompagnare l'allenamento, mi trovo meglio con il gymboss rispetto al cellulare....dimensioni molto funzionali, la pinza posteriore permette di attaccare il timer sia alla maglietta che alla cinta.

Guter kleiner "Sportcomputer". Der Clip ist sehr stabil. Man kann Vibration und Ton einstellen. Die Bedienung ist sehr einfach. Die Einstellungen werden gespeichert. Gut für die Methode Run-Go-Run, bzw. für das Intervalltraining.Die Farbe Pink ist sehr schön und leuchtend. Die Gehäuseoberfläche fühlt sich samtig an. Insgesamt eine gute Verarbeitung.

I used to think that I can just save money by installing the gymboss apps on my iPad and iPhone. But after watching bodyrock, I begin to understand the benefit of having the actual timer by your side, it is very easy, light and you can start your exercise anywhere. I focus better on my workouts too as I'm less distracted by the countdown timer on the iPad screen. The customer service was really good. I would like to thank the team for helping me with my delivery. I feel like getting a 2nd one, not sure why but it's just very fun and one of the gears that you clip on for workout. And yes, you have to watch the YouTube video by gymboss on how to set the many choices of timer. I also like the clock function.
