Depends what you'really trying to achieve but generally for a home gym that is easy to store, there are only a few pieces of equipment that you need: pull up bar, dumbells, a lighter barbell that,'s compatible with the weights used by your dumbells and olympic rings. Olympic rings are useful for some of the more complex workouts or learning to build up to a proper pull up.Effectively this kit is two wooden rings and 2 strong straps attached to a clasp. The straps need to loop around a horizontal pole/bar/beam - easily loops around a pull up bar if you're stuck for ideas. Extremely easy to take down and put away when you need your doorframe back. The rings themselves are smooth, easy to grip and there are no signs of easy splintering etc.Seems to be a sturdy piece of kit which I can see lasting a significant period of time.

I have used them at least once a week for close to a year now.Make sure the straps are fed through the buckles in the correct direction - marked on the buckle itself with '<-- feed web'

Great rings for starting out. Handles are kind of rough in some places so some light sanding and sealing treatment may be required. The straps are also a little thin, definitely strong enough I should add, but I would feel a little more confident with wider straps.Overall they'll do the job, but I recommend upgrading if you decide to make rings a permanent part of your exercise regime.

These rings are great! I would definately reccommend wood over plastic as the grip is much better. After a few weeks of having and occasionally using these rings the lever on the straps broke in half. I thought it must have been a faulty one as it's very unlikely that a metal lever would snap in half with very little use. Therefore, I immediately contacted the seller and they confirmed that this was unusual and they said they would send out replacement straps as soon as I gave them my address, which they did. I was really dissappointed when the lever broke, but their fast and professional response more than made up for it! Great product, great company

These have been great, I've hung them from a doorway pull up bar to do dips from at home. Wood rather than plastic feels much nicer, the only suggestion I'd have is the straps could be of slightly higher quality, they work absolutely fine however the metal seems pretty cheap/brittle, shouldn't be a problem at all, more of an aesthetic complaint really. These are great value for money.

1 clasp broke on the first day and then the other broke 1 week after

Great product I bought this in 2017 and it's still working and sturdy well my son left it hanging outside the porch about 4 years now so it deserves praise well made and worth your money.

Strong and easy to set up, but ordered 2 and both had splinters... so had to sand down before use!
