SBR Nutrition Biotin Liquid Drops, 5000mcg per Serving (60) 1.0Fl.oz (30ml) Vanilla

The flavour is ok, not great but pleasant enough for a supplement. I have had breakouts from biotin in the past and they are always from pill doses that are very high. The great thing about this one is you can tailor it to your individual circumstances by reducing the number of the drops. The package recommends 15 drops which is 5mg but this is too much. The recommended dosage per day for an adult should not be over 2.5mg. B7 (biotin) and B5 (pantothenic acid) are what help with the regulation of the surface layer of the skin and give you great glowing skin and hair. But they compete in the gut for absorption. So if you take a mega dose of one you will affect the absorption of the other. Hence when you take a large dose of biotin some people start to get acne breakouts as they become B5 deficient, because their gut can no longer absorb it. The surface of your skin is now more prone to breakouts (not everyone is affected, mind) as they compete for absorption. Therefore you should not take more than 2.5mg a day, or 7 drops.

So after heavily bleaching my hair, repeatedly I ended up losing just below the shoulders up to a bob. I was looking for something to help me with the growth and acceleration of growth. After trawling the internet, I found out a combination of vitamins would help, but liquid biotin would be the best form to help. I bought this after reading all the reviews, and figured what did I have to lose. The left hand picture is 18/2/2020 the second was taken today 28/2/2020. I firmly believe the vitamins and this liquid biotin are helping me with not just growth, but over all condition of my hair, I have found with liquid biotin that you need to drink a minimum of 2lts of water a day, or I get spot break outs. Tastes abit weird not over powering, but not the most amazing either. Over all i am very impressed, and will be rebuying as I need too.

Love the fast delivery and how nicely packaged this was when it arrived. I was very excited to use it. In terms of effectiveness, this is a winner for me. I didn't like that it had a very artificial vanilla flavour with sweeteners added. I would have preferred a more natural taste to it and no sweetener to be honest. That being said, my hair and nails grew so much in the month I took this.

It's nice Vitamins

I like the taste and what the product offers. I can see a positive difference in my edges growth, but it is worthy to mention that i use this with other vitamins and topical hair products . I think it's a bit pricey for the quantity offered.

I absolutely love this product. I brought this a couple months ago and omg it has made such a difference to my hair. It has grown so much in such a short space of time. With just one drop of the tongue, it is the best biotin in liquid form to absorb so easily. Not only did it make my hair grow but it also strengthens your nails. My hair is so silky and smooth it is well worth the money and time. Results won’t be instant but once you notice the results it’s hard not too keep looking

I know Biotin has worked for me in the past with hair loss. I was taking 12,000mcg and the hair fall stopped within a couple of weeks. I recently heard that vitamins are easier to absorb if they're in liquid form so I tried this as there are not many liquid Biotin supplements on the market (not that I could find anyway). I found it sickly sweet (and I have a sweet tooth) but I wouldn't buy this again as it dosen't last long at all and that's on it's suggested dose. I would need to take twice as much to get the benefit that I had before. I honestly can't think of one good reason to buy this. My last supplement gave me the required dose at a much cheaper price and I got a years supply - and it worked.

This Biotin is really good. My hair is growing and my nails are stronger. The reason I bought the Liquid drops instead of the tablet is because I read that you need to drink 2 litres of water to absorb the tablets. It has a nice vanilla flavour and I use one drop in my glass of water every morning.
