This book was a fast and highly entertaining read, but left me with a dark, disturbed mood, pondering the truths behind it's absurd, sometimes silly or distorted caricatures. It makes provocative statements about the morality behind some "healthy lifestyle" choices, not just food-related, but choices about family, love, and loyalty.
