Great for dry eyes
I have extremely dry eyes. They burn and are red most of the time. I use drops in the morning and at night which soothes but does little else. Within 2 weeks of using this product as directed, 1 capsule morning and night, my eyes are noticeable less irritated! No negative effects noticed.

Arrived very quickly. I was worried about the smell, but honestly didn’t really smell much when opening the bottle. I give it a 10 out of 10. No stomach upset either when taking this product

Is fish oil fish oil
The quality said it was good. I have no idea. They don’t taste fishy nor do they smell fishy. Easy to use, just give the bottle a little tap because they seem to stick to each other until you shake or tap gently. I’m taking them for heart health and not pain relief.

Good ingredients and time will tell if it's helpful
The capsules are large and very difficult for me to swallow so, until I find a way to take them and then decide how good they are, it may take awhile, so I will get back to you with further comments.
