Great Product

Stable mesh networks with easy setup and management. Great WiFi strength and holds up in all weather.

I don’t see how this thing can be set up in less than an hour or two. The only instructions given were to download an app. After an hour of screwing around the system finally came on. Attempting to redeployed the system on another network resulted in complete and total failure and because the app is cloud-based because system failed to connect to the network. There’s no way to debug whatever the problem was. Issuing a factory reset deleting everything from the app attempt reconfigure everything again resulted in failure.

Easy to install and working great.

This was very easy to setup and configure. The mount is very well made, but the signal and speed are subpar when compared to other wifi6 outdoor access points. Speeds are subpar as well when compared to other wifi6 outdoor access points (TP Link, GrandStream and Ubiquiti) that are in the same market (SMB/Prosumer). Not recommended.

The Meraki Go product line is great now that Cisco dropped the policy that the hardware stops working if you allow the “subscription” to expire. Unfortunately Cisco’s support for the Go is poor. I used Go several places with no problems. This time I had a problem getting the device to work at all. I could not tell if it was a defective device or some other problem. When I tried to contact support it was such a frustrating and worthless experience that I returned the product.

So unlike the other real meraki, these meraki go ap's will not feed ethernet out of any of the ports that are hooked to the mesh access points, so you cannot use them as a bridge. Unifi aps do work like this when meshed. And so do the non-go version of meraki.
