I am very satisfied with this toothbrush. It does a nice job. I did have trouble finding replacement heads but settled on Bright Heads through Amazon & they seem to be okay.

Prompt delivery and the Sonicare electric toothbrushes were exactly as promised. Used twice and so far so good.

My hygienist suggested this during my last cleaning. She was 100% right. It’s amazing. Got this two pack for my wife and I and we both love it! Highly recommend!

***UPDATE: One of the toothbrushes became faulty after 14 months of use. Purchased in May 2025, and now I have to buy a new toothbrush in July 2025. I contacted customer support and received no response. The metal shaft where the brush attaches has become so wobbly I can't securely attach a brush head to it - the brush "wobbles" and I have to hold it while I brush my teeth. I'm very likely switching to a different product since this is the second toothbrush my family has owned that this has happened to, and so far no customer service to back up that 2 yr warranty! Very sad because when working, they clean very well, and 3 out of 4 family members have been using a Sonicare toothbrush.****The price is a great value and this toothbrush cleans and whitens my teeth like no other ever has. This is my 3rd Sonicare toothbrush I've had in my lifetime and I will probably never switch to anything else. I like that these units have the option to select clean, white, or gumcare and there are also 3 power levels to choose from. The reason I only gave this particular product set 3 stars is because these brushes did not come with Diamondhead "W" brush heads as pictured. They have regular "w3" brush heads. There are also not 3 brush heads in total, as stated, just 2. The upgraded brush heads and 3rd brush head specifically factored into my decision to buy this particular set, so I found it disappointing they are not included even though they were pictured and advertised as part of the set. I am also not a fan of these "spoon-like" toothbrush covers as they pop off too easily. I have never seen covers like this on a Sonicare toothbrush before.

I ordered the item on 08/31/2024. Two toothbrushes were broken on the end of Much 2025.The brush are loose,make a noise and not working.Actually, this is the 3d order of same product. The first set was working almost three years and cost 100$, the second item almost one year and half ( cost 119,71$).And the last one- just 6 month and prise 195.94$! It means that quality goes down and price goes up. I don't recomend this product.

I love sonicare and this brush is no exception. My issue is that I specifically chose this model for the travel case and the case is one puny inch too short. You have to take the brush apart to put it in the case. I could tell from the pictures that the charging base would not fit but we only need to take one and rotate who is using it. The case makes me sad and annoyed.

Can't say I have any complaints two for the price that I got is very good my teeth feel very clean, a lot more than my last toothbrush.
