I like that they are really Dairy free, it is almost impossible for me to find Dairy free gluten free choc in my area.

Definitely worth it. So much better than store bought chips. I have a favorite brownie recipe that needs quality or it’s not worth making - fresh orange zest, tart dried cherries, slivered almonds. The brownies are more like candy than a baked good. I cut them into 1” squares, put three in sandwich bags then all into a freezer bag. Ritual cup of tea, time off my feet, chocolate craving satisfied.

Yes, it's a quality chocolate and tastes very good. Right from the bag or used for baking. But, I'm not sure the high price justifies the item.We've tried other "higher end" chocolates.. that cost a bit less, and they taste the same. But, these were nice and fresh. And... DO TASTE good.Up to you... your money is not wasted with this item... just maybe doesn't go as far as it could.

The Guittard semi-sweet chips are the best I’ve had in years. I keep them in the freezer ready for recipes and snacking. They’re rich without being cloying. A Satisfying combination of sweet and bitter to quench that chocolate craving.

Outdated product, chocolate was gray and grainy, tasted like crap. Guittard chocolate is wonderful. I am only complaining about the quality of the product Amazon shipped to me, not about Guittard chocolate. I will never, never, never buy non-returnable food products from Amazon again. This was a huge waste of money.

Used this chocolate in my cookies and was great! Will buy again.

Very good chocolate chips, better than other brands found in supermarkets. Does not seem to be the same formula as the luscious chocolate used by See’s. But close.

These work perfectly for baking the chocolate ganache recipe- not too bitter (like dark chocolate, or some "semi-sweet" blends), and not disgustingly sweet like many popular brands. Melts and flows nicely. Great product!
