If I could give this six stars I would. Perfect for post-op knee replacement. Consistent coolness is very effective. The sleeve is smooth and freezes quickly which is huge!! Easy on and off. Made with thought.

Works well and feels great

Very comfortable but the coolness doesn’t last very long. They tend to slide off if you walk.

I have been having terrible knee pain and it takes weeks to get into an orthopedic doctor. It has been so bad that I could hardly walk. Ice and heat have helped but I still dread just getting up at night to go to the bathroom. I bought two different knee sleeves and neither one was comfortable so I kept looking. I saw this one and thought I’d give it a try. I’m getting desperate at this point! This thing is awesome!! It gets plenty cold after an hour in the freezer and it’s easy to get on and off. Its super soft and like has alot of give to it it but molds to your body. You can walk around with it in and it stays put. The entire sleeve is cold and it seems to work better for me. Maybe because it is cooling all the way around my knee? I don’t know but I love it! I’m thinking about getting one for backup! If you have pain you need this!

they are perfect to ice your knees you can chill them in the refrigerator ,if you want colder put them in the freezer. you want heat warm them up in the microwave

I was looking for an ice pack that I could slip on and off easily - no straps, velcro, etc. - and this one does that. While it's true that this ice pack doesn't stay very cold much more than 10 minutes, that's all I need and what is generally recommended. The only small critique: I use the large size which fits nice and snug, while generally elevating my leg, i.e. horizontal position. However, if I try to stand or stay still while my leg is vertical, the wrap will eventually slip off. Perhaps I should have gotten size M instead. In any case, the ice pack still works well for my purpose, expecially given how reasonably priced it is.

It was great and well made, but it was too small.

Has odd residue like something is leaking through the fabric, doesn’t stay cold long. It does get very cold otherwise. It’s stays put for the most part the size was good it is very easy to use and did help with pain relief, I just put a knee sleeve under it so the residue didn’t get in my leg. It is actually pretty thick which was a pleasant surprise. All in all it missed stars because it was lacking the quality I am looking for, staying cold and not making me feel icky.
