Perfect for traveling with medication!
I started a medication that needs to remain cold, but I take it once a week. This travel kit is the PERFECT size and allows me to travel and pack my medication safely and stays cool until I can get it back into the fridge! Easy to use and a great design.

Quality built and functional
Perfect for storing and traveling with my insulin pens. I take the ice packs out for daily storage and put them back in when traveling. I recommended this to my diabetic friend for when he traveled he would always take a small cooler.

Stays cold through moderate summer heat.
I got bought this to be able to take my insulin to an upcoming wedding this month. I was able to do a test run on it for a Labor Day cookout. We were there for approximately 5 hours and when I got back home, I opened it back up and the ice packs were still frozen solid. I was kind of shocked after reading a lot of the reviews that said that the ice packs thawed too quickly. Huh? They were frozen like I had just taken them out of the freezer. So, in my experience, I kept the cooler in my purse pretty much the entire time except when I needed it. I was sitting in a shaded area and not in direct sunlight (my purse was black too), but it was about 85°, no humidity and I kept the ice packs in the plastic bags they came in.My only concern was that there was condensation on the outside of case, not much, just a little, so it is not insulated. That was the other thing that kind of shocked me since it stayed frozen the entire time. Also, I rode my scooter in direct sunlight, black purse exposed, pacing next to my husband which was about a 30 minute walk/ride.I recommend it, but I would suggest that you keep it in some kind of bag or purse if you are taking it somewhere in the summer months for extended periods of time. I am confident that I won't have any issues with it for at least 8 hours up to 12 if needed during the summer. It gives me piece of mind that my insulin will not go bad as long as I am not careless and expose it to direct sunlight. After all, it isn't insulated like a beer cooler, it has a reflective interior and the outer shell is hard and durable. I got the purple case and the color is a little darker than the picture which I hoped it would be.I am very happy with it and I wouldn't recommend putting your glucometer in the case due to the condensation build up. I carried that separately.

Great case, but not a lot of space
I really like this case as it makes carrying my insulin on short outings very easy and I don’t have to worry about my insulin pen getting warm for long. I would say that it works well for a couple hours, but not much longer than that depending on the temperature outside. I have used a larger cooler bag with frozen water bottles and a dish towel for more insulation for longer trips lasting all or most of the day and that works well. The case and zipper seem to be made very well for durability but after you put your insulin pen or pens in the case there isn’t much room for anything else. You can cram a few needle caps in where the frozen bags are but forget about trying to use the little pouches they have if you want to take more than a couple needles and alcohol swabs for the journey. Those things don’t need to be kept cool so it’s not that big of a deal. It would just be nice to keep everything you need in one space. Overall as long as you have the understanding and expectation that it isn’t made for long trips and really only has a minimal amount of additional space for needles etc., then it is a great buy to make date nights and short outings stress free when bringing your insulin with you.

Well built, plenty of space
I purchased this item to transport my ozempic for vacation. Everything fit perfectly with plenty of extra room. I forgot to tell them I had it in my carryon on the way home and it didn't even trigger any security checks. The case is well made and thought out. I wouldn't recommend it for an extended stay in the case as the ice packs are small, but I had it in there for roughly 8 hours and it was still cool, not cold.

Great product for insulin
I like this product because the hard shell will keep my insulin pens secure without breaking, and the ice packs freeze super hard and will definitely keep my insulin pens cool during my long flight, I recommend, it is compact

Doesn't stay cold for very long
Not bad but realistically you get maybe 4 hours from the time you pull the packs of it the freezer. Bought it for vacation and when you factor in the time you spend at the airport, it really only can handle a 1-2 hour flight. Had to ask for ice on the plane because it just didn't last long enough
