sorry. what is a dj speaker stand? i work with standard microphone stands and they fit the large post of those stands - and have additional space left to fit a slightly larger post. so, if the diameter of a dj speaker stand is much larger than the post of a standard microphone stand, the answer would be, probably not.

take a standard microphone stand and add a slightly larger diameter to it. the gator frameworks clamp on drink holder will fit those. sorry i cannot tell you what the largest diameter pole it can fit.
