My cousin turned me on to Lyte Balance a couple years ago and sadly it languished on my shelf. I'd take a cap-full here or there if I wanted to recover from a rough weekend or on a hot day. It was good!But when I started my weight loss journey and trying to cure some nasty bloating issues, I *really* discovered the power of Lyte Balance. It went from good to GREAT.I started intermittent fasting, and trying to kick my body into ketosis. For whatever reason, I simply don't enjoy drinking water - but it's extremely important for fasting. I started popping a couple cap-fulls into my big water jug and noticed quickly - I didn't get hungry at all. I had an extreme energy level. My bloating ceased within a few weeks. The combination of electrolytes with water is so simple - but so effective.I've gone from buying a bottle at a time to a case at a time. This product is so much better than the powdered supplements for me because it lets me do fast dosing when I'm on the run - no spoons, just a quick pour into a water jug and fill 'er up with tap/filtered water - then I'm off to the races. I'm a pretty busy guy, so the convenience factor here with a liquid vs powder makes a ton of difference. It just seems to taste better, too.Looking forward to trying the other Lyte Balance products because clearly these guys have some secret sauce that the rest of the industry doesn't seem to grasp - GREAT stuff and will be telling all my friends who are getting into IF/OMAD or just trying to get keto kicked into gear.

I have been using Lyte Balance for years. I use it daily not only to hydrate but before colon cleansing procedures, before & after exercising. I especially take it at bedtime to help me sleep. It is salty(like all electrolytes), but I add a bit of juice for flavoring and water. Just a capful mixed with water. Lasts a long time. Good value for the cost. Very effective and I highly recommend this product.

Fabulous product, it has helped to greatly reduce my leg cramps. Unfortunately Amazon does not package it very well. It was sent in a plastic bag instead of a box which caused the product to be damaged and leaking. It is a non returnable item so I had to contact the manufacturer in order for them to contact Amazon so that I could get a refund. Not worth the hassle to purchase through Amazon again. I will be buying directly from the manufacturer from now on.

I decided to go on a limb and try this product as I usually go with LyteShow - Electrolyte Concentrate for Rapid Rehydration - 40 Servings (With Magnesium, Potassium, Zinc). I find that this product and the before mentioned are very similar.I typically use this at night as I have found it helps me retain water and sleep through the night. I used to wake up several times a night to use the restroom and if I have a serving of this before bed, I actually do not get up during the night to use the restroom. It has been a solid product for me and I recommend it.I am also a fan of this as they have a website to help you with different questions and taste tests- significant because the taste of the product ques your into how much product you may need. I honestly found it insightful.

Tasteless to me but most importantly it's a clean electrolyte formula. It doesn't have trace minerals. Trace minerals should never be supplimented. Never take a formula dredged from the bottom of the ocean. Never take anything from the Great Salt lake. The lake is drying up and blowing toxins into the air of SL City why would you want to put that in your water? They don't pick and choose what you get from all that so you get all the heavy metals and forever chemicals. Use a product like this that has just what you want nothing more.

Great electrolyte! Helps me feel better, stay hydrated, and I have noticed it has improved my dark circles under my eyes when I take this daily in the morning right when I wake up.
