Open House Flag Kit for Real Estate Agents, Suction Cup Attachment, 2 ft, Please Come in Open House

Just recently purchased this flag kit for my wife to place on the car window in front of her open houses. It is a unique banner sign that stands out. Easy to use and suction cup is very strong. Well made and just as described.

I love the look and style of the sign. I REALLY wanted it to be good quality. I received it, opened the box, assembled it, and tried to stick it on my window. I pulled the lever down to apply the suction and the internals broke in half and the whole thing fell to the ground in pieces. Did I get a lemon or are they all like this? It wasn't worth it to me to get a replacement to find out. I figured if the plastic breaks that easily in a warm house what will it do outside in zero or sub zero weather. Bummed...

This is a nice product idea and strikes me as a somewhat unique sign for open houses. It assembles quickly and the quality is solid. The sign/flag easily attaches to glass surfaces in about two seconds; it holds securely even in moderate wind. I think that the price/value is not the greatest, which is why only 4/5 stars.

Broke the first time we used it. Unable to return as manufacturer requires original packaging to return. Wasn’t going to dumpster dive to get the packaging that had been thrown out during the day.

This flag is so cute. It’s a mini flag for the door and is great for visibility so your prospects don’t knock they just come on in your open house. Which makes your open houses very inviting.

Worked well through a rainy and windy open house. I actually attached it to the homeowners mail box because the house set back from the main road. I have also attached this to my metal yard signs and it's stayed on nicely.

Sell homes and this always attracts buyers eyes. Early to use super attractive we just bought 5 more.

The adhesive would not stick to the window. The flag would not stay connected to the poles.
