Good for sourdough, super bread
Makes really high protein bread. The bread is more whole wheat than white, but it's super high in protein. Like 6-10 grams of protein per slice, depending on the size of the slice.

I am so glad I decided to trying milling my own flour. These wheat berries are a great quality and taste! My next purchase will be the white wheat berries. Sourdough is well loved in my kitchen and the flour made strong starter!

Perfect wheat berries!
I recently discovered Bread Beckers and Sue Becker (look her up on YouTube!) and immediately bought a grain mill after having been carnivore for 2+ years with drastic healing but not feeling quite right nor fully healing.Within 2 weeks consuming bread products made from freshly milled wheat my health is on track. Good products for growing mushrooms.also, if you're into eating wheat berries with your mushrooms.Good product for mycology as well as for eating.Have bought many times will again!Recommended to all looking for wheat berries.They do have these in bags and buckets I wanted the buckets for easy storage as they seal nicely for me, since they need to stay clean and dry for long periods of not being eaten/used.
