I like this formulation, it goes down easy with no aftertaste and helps me reach choline levels I’m striving for while pregnant and breastfeeding. I took 2 a day while pregnant unless I was eating eggs.

Good product!
I’m enjoying these so far as you only have to take one pill a day rather than multiples. It has no taste which is a plus. And easy to swallow with still having all the essential vitamin content i needed.
