A Proper Data Cable suitable for Portable Drives (SSD)
One of the most well made cables you will ever find. For portable USB drives, short cables are important for speed and reliability - and the connectors must be perfectly formed, with a snug fit both ends. My SSD was packaged with a USB C to USB C cable, fine with the smartphone but my PC does not have a suitable USB C socket. The Afterplug Ultra Short is the perfect solution. Made to last and very fast.

Works with Extreme Pro SSD
My original cable for my extreme pro ssd drive was on the fritz, but typical usb-c cables didn't work with it. This cable works like a dream. Keeps the drive in place and works for fast writing speeds. And, it stays flat in my bag, which is just an added bonus!

Cable failed with light use after one month.
Despite paying a small fortune for this, it has failed to live up to what it promises in terms of durability, and no longer provides DisplayPort video unless manipulated. With no external visible signs of damage, and no heavy use of the cable, the internal printed circuits appear to have broken within five weeks of purchase.

Doesn’t seem to support the speed of my SSD
Wouldn’t really recommend this product if you’re using it for SSD’s for video/ photo editing, seem to have faved some pending media/ offline media, so can’t really recommend this product for data transfer. Charging speed seems to be relatively fast but wouldn’t use on any of my apple products. Cable is flexible & small for easy travelling, seems to be a quality sturdy cable but wouldn’t say it’s great value for money (paid £12.99& wouldn’t say it’s worth that IMO)

Well Built Reliable Cable
I purchased this cable to connect my phone to my DAC for my wired headphones and it provides a very stable connection. The cable feels very premium and is very strong. The cable is perfect for my use case and I highly recommend it if you need a short fast transfer speed cable
