no- I am afraid that I did nt like this product, it did nt dry. It remained tacky .

Does this contain Acrylates and methacrylates

I am not sure what this varnish contains, I tried it twice and it did not dry- remained tacky ! I threw it out.

Can these be used without a UV/LED lamp?

No. The are gel nails especially for lamps.
