I installed them into my Pit Boss 1150. I warmed it up to several different temperatures at each end of the grill. Raised the lid of the grill and checked the temperature at each end. The reading of the heat gun was only 1 degree off the temperature reading on the Pit Boss control panel. They are very accurate and are easily cleaned up. A great value for the money.

One Worked
Bought these to add a second probe to my smoker. I did a temp check with these against the original one, and one was spot on to the original, but one was faulty. So the one that works is 7 degrees high, the same as the original. Final say is always a trusted meat thermometer. The price on these is very reasonable, so I did not bother to send them back. I needed one, and got one.
