Get them to improve your swim technique fast
It's a little awkward to use at first, but helps to improve your pull a lot.They designed this device to strengthen specific muscle groups depending on the stroke you use, so it's really good for intensive workouts, because it gives specific resistance while you train any of the four styles.Quality materials prevent excessive scratches and being black and yellow people thinks you use different paddles till you explain how they work, and then they want to try them!!!

Love these more than all the others! Maintains perfect form!
These paddles can be used a couple of ways - I settled on middle finger through the opening with “Finis” showing at the top. I had initially wanted and ordered the other Finis paddles, the ones where your thumb goes through, and as soon as I tried them on my hand, I knew I’d lose them. With those, you’re reliant on your thumb kind of clenching to keep them in place, but with the ISO paddles, my hand shapes naturally in the open position that I teach. I don’t worry about them slipping off and they are great at their main job, which is to add resistance so my strokes get stronger! I recommend these without reservation! 5 stars!

Better than rubber straps
Nice to not have to worry about the strap getting old and brittle and then breaking. A small learning curve to get used to that. Comfortable

Very easy to put on and very effective to help out swimming training
I tried quite several types of string/strip based paddle. This new innovative product fundamentally solved the challenges to put on paddle (in split second), not slippery, stable, and effective to strength the muscles in swimming.I'm still learning to distinguish inside/outside difference. But this product is way beyond my experiences with other types of paddles.Keep innovations coming please!
