ONE OF THE FINEST PASTAS MADE; TASTE AND TEXTURE ABOUND
This pasta is one of a kind of all the dishes I love to make and eat. It cannot be found in ANY groceries and so the ability to even find it here is a miracle. I am full blooded Sicilian and can tell you from lots and lots of experience, the texture and taste of Mafaldine is fantastic. It goes well with any kind of sauce, especially with meat. I am happy to offer my critique and invite anyone who loves great pasta to just try it once; and you will be addicted as I am. Thanks for stocking if for me.

Great, sturdy body
Great, sturdy body. Stands up well to sauce. No English cooking instructions on the package, so had to wing it!
