Zoo

I originally bought several of these Peek-a-Flap books for my new grandson, and while he is too young to enjoy them now, I'm sure he will as he gets older. What surprised me most, though, is how perfect this book turned out to be for my mom, who has dementia. She enjoys lifting the flaps, naming the animals, and reading the simple text aloud. The bright colors, sturdy flaps, and sweet illustrations make it one of her favorites. It’s engaging and calming for her, and it makes me happy to see her read through them. I’m buying another copy so she can keep one at our place, and she and my grandson can share story time together over FaceTime. A wonderful, unexpected way to bring generations together through reading and play.

Just So Much Fun. My nephew loved it. It is very durable and the flaps are adorable and educational for a youngster. Great for a road trip and soooo much to explore. Especially recommended if a zoo visit is planned where they can review the contents of the book afterwards to reinforce what they saw at the zoo.

Wonderful board book. It was perfect for my 20 month old grandson. We had just visited the zoo. He loves to lift the flaps, turn the hard pages, and pretend he is reading. He also loves being read to. This is a well made book. I was very pleased with this purchase.

Such a cute book! Study and not easy to break the pages. Which is needed with toddler boys!

Thick flaps that are nearly impossible to bend and great at teaching animals. So happy with it

I bought this for my grand kids to go along with a family zoo pass. Fun book - great illustrations.

Grandson (2.5 yrs) loves these Peek-a-Flap books. He has 3 of them which he enjoys immensely (Zoo, Who, and Moo). The books have been most beneficial during "potty time" - making this necessary chore much more relaxing and enjoyable. They are also perfect for the car... QUIET drive time for me, and an interesting learning activity for him! The books are a great size - not too big or small (about 6" x 6" and 1 inch thick). The pages are colorful, glossy, and constructed of very sturdy "board" type material. I also like the fact that the two movable "flaps" on every-other page are thick and sturdy as well. My grandson likes these books so much that I'm considering purchasing yet one more Peek-a-Flap book to complete the series... the BOO book (Halloween theme). Great buy. Highly recommended!

This book series is great! The flaps are fantastic for toddlers--they'd really need to work to rip them off. It's not impossible to do so (if you have a little one who really has made it a mission to destroy flap books maybe hold off a bit longer) but it's definitely sturdy enough to hold up to just general flap pulling enthusiasm. The illustrations, choice of animals and little text factoids are great. The book recommends itself for ages 2+ but we found it to be a winner from around 18+ months.

Amazing design and picture

My 13 month old is obsessed with flap books and this is the only one that has survived multiple readings without having the flaps torn out! Flaps are super sturdy and strong. Book illustrations are adorable and have unusual animals such as an okapi.

My son absolutely adores these books. He’s 18 months and loves holding them, turning the pages and studying the pictures, so the added peekaboo-holes are a fun little bonus for him.

This book is absolutely worth it. I doubt any child can ever put this book down.

Bit early for my son (1year 0month) but the contents of the book is informative and surely help kids to learn about animals.
