Missing Aluminum Foil on Sensor: Poor Customer Service from LG
I was unhappy with the part I received because it was missing the aluminum foil over the sensor as shown in the product picture. The foil is important for reducing EMI and improving accuracy in readings. I contacted LG to report this issue, but was given the runaround and had to wait on hold for 30 minutes. I am disappointed with the customer service and request that the seller send the part as shown in the product picture, with all necessary pieces included. If this issue is resolved, I am willing to consider revising my review
