Product Care Instructions | 1. Washing the Drying Towel: Use a mild detergent without any special additives to prevent any potential harm to the microfiber material. Wash the towel in cold water. Ensure that the washing machine contains only clean towels, as cross-contamination with substances like brake dust or wax can compromise the towel's effectiveness., 3. Washing Frequency: We recommend washing the drying towel after every 1-2 uses. Regular washing eliminates dirt accumulation and reduces the risk of scratching your vehicle's surface. Avoid using spray wax or fabric softener, as they can clog the towel and decrease its absorbency., 2. Drying the Drying Towel: After washing, dry the towel on a low heat setting. Perfect Drying Towel – Worth Every Penny
I’ve used a lot of microfiber drying towels over the years, but the Blackline Car Drying Towel is easily the best I’ve come across. The size (2ft x 3ft) is perfect — large enough to cover a big section of the car in one pass, but still easy to handle without dragging on the ground. The 1300 GSM thickness is no joke; it feels plush and premium right out of the package. What impressed me most is just how much water this thing absorbs. After a full wash on my sedan, it had no problem drying the entire car without needing to be wrung out once. Even on glass and mirrors, it leaves no streaks, no spots, and definitely no scratches. I used to spend extra time chasing water drips around the trim, but this towel pulls everything up cleanly the first time. The edges are soft and reinforced, so I’m confident it won’t fray or scratch over time. I also appreciate that it washes well — no lint, no loss of absorbency after a few uses. It feels like a professional-grade towel but at a fair price, which explains why so many detailers recommend it.If you care about your car’s finish, this is the towel to get. It’s one of those detailing tools that instantly makes the process easier and more enjoyable. I won’t go back to cheap, thin towels after using this. Highly recommend!

Soaks up water like a shop-vac—hands-down the best drying towel I’ve owned
I picked up this Blackline XL drying towel to speed up wash days on my Subaru, and it’s a game-changer. The 24" × 36" size is perfect: big enough to drag across the entire hood in one pass but still manageable. After the first swipe I could actually hear the water disappearing—no streaks, no tiny beads left behind. The twisted-loop 1300 GSM microfiber feels deluxe and, more importantly, drinks up water like crazy. After drying the whole car I wrung it out once, and a literal stream poured out—easily several pounds of water. Three washes in, the edges haven’t frayed and the nap is still fluffy after a cold-water machine wash and low-heat tumble.Minor quirk: when it’s fully saturated it gets heavy, so if you’re reaching across a tall roof you’ll feel the weight. Small price to pay for a spotless finish.Overall, this towel cut my drying time in half and left zero water spots—exactly what I wanted. If you’re still juggling a stack of smaller microfibers, do yourself a favor and grab one of these.

Only towel I’ll use on my cars!
Overall:The Blackline Drying Towel is an excellent car drying tool. It's highly absorbent, incredibly soft, and delivers a streak-free finish. While it's a bit pricier than some alternatives, the superior performance and quality make it a worthwhile investment for anyone serious about car detailing. If you're looking for a top-tier drying towel, I highly recommend the Blackline. It has definitely earned a place in my car care arsenal.Pros:Absorbency: This towel is seriously thirsty! The 1300 GSM (grams per square meter) rating definitely lives up to the hype. It soaks up a ton of water, making quick work of drying even large vehicles. I found I needed to wring it out far less frequently than with other microfiber towels I've used.Size: The XL size is fantastic. It's big enough to cover a large area quickly, reducing the number of passes needed and making the drying process much more efficient. It also makes it easier to handle and fold.Softness: The microfiber is incredibly soft and plush. I was initially worried about scratching my paint, but this towel glided smoothly and left a streak-free finish. Even after several washes, it remains soft and gentle.Streak-Free Drying: This is perhaps the most important factor, and the Blackline towel delivers. I've been very impressed with how effectively it dries my car without leaving streaks or water spots.Quality: The construction feels solid and durable. The stitching seems well done, and the towel has held up well through multiple washes. It feels like a premium product.Cons:Price: Compared to some other microfiber towels, the Blackline is a bit more expensive. However, in my opinion, the performance and quality justify the cost. You get what you pay for.Care: Like most high-quality microfiber towels, it requires specific care. You need to avoid fabric softeners and wash it separately to maintain its absorbency and softness. This isn't a huge drawback, but something to be aware of.

Excellent quality
Works just like it claims to. I can dry a whole freshly wet car and not to have to rinse it out once. It holds in water so well that you’ll need to run a strong dryer cycle when you wash it. It seems to be made of really good quality fabric and does not cause any wear on vehicle paint. Glad I bought this.

I liked the towel, but
It is a great towel, but I like the Chemical Guy towel better. It absorbs a little better and is thicker and bigger.

Great buy!
I came back to give an updated review on this towel. After multiple uses it is still wonderful. This towel makes drying the car easy and fun. I am amazed at how easy it it for someone who is short to use. This towel is amazing! Very absorbent and easy to take care of after. I follow the care instructions exactly. This would make a great gift for that teenage child. I bet I could get my grandkids to beg to wash my car! I'm so glad I ordered it. I hardly ever leave reviews but I had to on this towel.Works really well! My favorite accessory I bought for my car. Really!
