I like it so much I bought a second one for my downstairs bar. Solid, functional, and darn cute. Just the name alone is worth it - Buddy the Bordeaux Collie.

I named him Theodore. I love him, and he makes a great wine key for home use. He is designed well and easy to use. However, I bought him for industrial use and he's falling apart. (Sad face) Overall he's a great gift idea for at home use and cute but definitely not meant for industrial use. Still 5 stars though! I will just keep him at home now 😄

Great looking and fun wine opener. It comes with a foil cutter in the tail, hinged levers to assist in pulling out the cork, and very solid construction. It gets a 5+ stars for looks and build. But there are a couple issues with the actual use that drop it a little. 1st - the foil cutter tail works, but mine doesn't cut the foil well - needing either a lot of pressure or going around again (minor issue). 2nd - and more important, there is a learning curve to the corkscrew. Since it's a fairly large handle (for the cat shape), and when you screw it in, although the mechanism has hinged connections (a big plus), there is a chance you can't use the first "shoulder" to begin cork extraction and you have to rework the corkscrew depth or location. This can be frustrating early, but honestly I've learned just to adjust, and it's been working fine after that. So.... 4 stars and I would (and have) bought others to give as gifts. We love it

This cork screw is very well made. I have been using it every night for over a year. The feet came off after a couple of days; I could have just glued them back in, I'm sure, because they fit in two holes which are completely separate from the cork screw itself. The feet are purely for aesthetic purposes only. So if they come out, just glue them in and you will be good to go! I was really surprised how sturdy this is.It's cute, so I thought it might last a month or so. I have bought so many, and none of them have lasted... But this one continues to work perfectly after more than a year. I'd buy it again, though I don't think I will need to since I think it will work for many years to come.

It’s a cute design, great for a novel gift. Unfortunately I bought it to use for work and the knife isn’t great to get rid of the foil and the first ledge is hard to get to grasp. Wouldn’t use as an everyday wine key.

It broke only after a few uses. I've owned this before but and the quality has done downhill. I would not purchase again.

Love this little fish. I bought it for work because the corkscrews there are pretty old and bad. I love the second level for the edge and the overall design is fun, although I wish there were more colour options than what's available.
