Maybe not so reliable
After a little over a month of very light usage, the remote controller no longer turns the light strip on or off.The strip can now only be turned on or off by flipping the switch on the battery box, at which point the color and intensity are not controllable no matter which remote control buttons are pressed. Either the remote is not sending RF signals (even though the remote's LED lights up upon button press) OR the RF receiver is not operating properly. Disappointing.

Not a great
The lights themselves are bright, great, and look impressive but that is where it ends. The adhesive strip on the backside of the lights are terrible and I had to purchase a 3M double sided tape to get the lights to stay in place. After a couple hours of being on, the lights randomly change colors and having 2 sets makes it that much more of a pain to get them back in sync. By the end of the night the remote only worked some of the time to make adjustments. I would have given 1 star but I bypass reading 1 star reviews when reading reviews.

Cost Effective Investment for Any Creative Space
This product arrived and was packaged as advertised. It features a simplistic set of directions for a even more simplistic set-up and install. The only additional thing you'll need is a pair of scissors to cut. I love the option of using the battery powered charger (batteries not included) or a usb hub (allowing you to hide wires for presentation purposes). The remote worked perfectly, allowing me to switch colors, speed and brightness. I would definitely recommend this set of LED strip lights to anyone looking for a simple, cost effective and colorful way of accentuating their spaces.

Using with a PC
i built a PC not to long ago and wanted to add led lights, i saw that these were on sale and bought them. after i hooked them up they didn't work, then i tried swapping things around like the male connector and they worked, they are bright and useful but at a cost. I bought a cool master RGB controller for my PC case fans since they are led and tried hooking it up to it, well that did not go to well for it actually damaged the controller by pulling way too much power so now i had to rig it to use my last open usb port which is not to bad but its meh. It is a good product none the less for the price but id recommend finding a way to get more stick adhesive tape for it sucks at sticking to things.

Everything would be great except for on issue
I ordered 3 different strips to be used on my large open sign for my studio. Everything would be great except for on issue. Now mind you we have tried the battery pack and direct power and also changed the control unit so this issue is consistent. When the sign is placed outside facing towards the sun it will change from any blinking setting to a stationary light within 30 minutes. Once it is later in the afternoon or kept inside then it will remain blinking once turned back on so it has to be a heat related issue. Other than that it seems to be a great strip of lights :/

I can use the remote to control it to my favorite color and brightness
I was looking for a strip lights to decorate my little cupboard until I found it, and i was completely defeated by it. First of all, its color is so bright and dazzling, I can use the remote to control it to my favorite color and brightness, I am very satisfied for this shopping, it is exactly what I want.

Avoid all the cheap knockoffs like these and stick to name brands.
After trying other, similar battery-powered RF remote LED, light strips, I finally found one that actually works as intended. Others I would buy had all sorts of problems. Unfortunately, these do too. On the positive side they:- Have nice, bright, accurate colors- Have plenty of modes and colors- Have an RF remote with no line of sight needed, good distance.- One remote controls all strips at once.Unfortunately, after posting my initial review, the first strip I bought stopped working after I left it on for an hour. (I had kept it a few days and used it for short periods before buying any more - I thought this set would finally work. But, of course, as soon as I order more, they decide to break down. It just stops responding to the remote at all (this is exactly what happened with the first set of LED strip lights that I ordered from a different manufacturer).I can only conclude that none of these LED strip lights are any good, they’re all cheaply made Chinese garbage. Steer clear of these or anything that looks like them. After trying 3 completely different brands, I believe they’re all the same thing, internally - cheap Chinese ripoffs of superior LED strip lights made by reputable sources. Stick with a name like Phillips Hue. Which sucks for me because I need battery-powered ones for my cabinets and the Phillips Hue are AC power only.These are garbage and will cost you not only money, but time and aggravation.
