Excellent and works so well, easy to install and configure, but... the sensitivity is a hit and miss, sometimes it records the slightest activities, and sometimes nothing.. And the battery seems to go faster than usual even in bright sunlight (the rate of battery usage is faster than the rate of solar charging)

Got the delivery on time. So far so good. Been using the product for about 10 days now and the battery range with solar charging is ranging between 95% and 100% which is fantastic. I hope it stays that way and I won't have issues with Solar panel peeling of as some people mentioned in their feedback.

This system promises much but doesn’t deliver. Poor connectivity, even after using set up function. 1 of the cameras was always loosing power quicker. Even though I bought a bigger eufy solar panel for it. Now the unit is just outside its warranty, it’s failed and unresponsive after running low on charge. I have contacted Anker and received no help even though the unit is 14 months old, except for an offer to give 10% off another unit. Great business model, keep selling defective units and keep the cash coming in. No thanks ! Keep your 10% and products.

This product does what it says than face detection, for face detection you need an older hub as this feature not available on the new hub! the device works as it says, battery life is long ( depends on usage ) the hub can be connected via wifi and no need for cable, the only draw back cameras are connected to the hub, so if you have a big house, you need more than one hub

As working parents, We wanted a Home Security Camera that is Wireless with a Long Last Battery as we didn't want to spoil the look of our house with wiring all around. eufy Cam2 after a lot of research became our preferred choice & was delivered within a day by Amazon. The Installation was even faster & took less than 15 minutes, that too with 2 Cameras. Some of the features like motion detection are Next Gen for Users like us. The Clarity of video is another level. Best part is the privacy as the data has local storage. They have mentioned on the Packaging Box, charge after 365 days only, hence Battery Life is amazing. All features put together, it is peace of mind for a Parent. Highly Recommended

Simple to operate and are wireless. Highly recommended

Delivered as expected, easy configuration with mobile app. Connection to Synology SurveillanceStation (license for 2 cameras included with the device) using RTSP protocol worked OK. Just the camera must we in "wake up" status (waving hand in front of it), otherwise during configuration Synology cannot recognize the camera in stand0by mode and reports errors. There is ca 2 seconds delay between Eufy reports movement and Surveillance station starts recording, but it's ok.

Very bad quality, keeps on disconnecting and hanging the hub, you won't be able to see anything unless you switch it off and back on and pray it works. If you travel then you need to hire someone to keep on rebooting it. Consider there is no support at all, they never reply or follow up. The camera loses power quickly and needs a lot of time to charge. Video Quality is way less than advertised. Better spend your money elsewhere...

Öncelikle fiyatının biraz pahalı olduğunu söylemek lazım. Ama kıyaslamak için normal cctv kameralar yanlış bir tercih. Bildiğim kadarıyla cctv kameralarda hareket sensörleri yok. Fakat bu üründe sensörler ile bildirim alabiliyorsunuz. Benim bunu tercih etmekte en önemli sebebim bu oldu açıkcası. Alanları işaretleyerek birisi evin girişine geldiğinde bildirim almak güzel. Bunun yanı sıra hareket sensörü de alarak evin içine yerleştirdim, ben aldığımda 350 liraydı fakat şu anda 900 liralara yaklaştı fiyatlar. Bu fiyata bir de akıllı alarm sistemi almış oluyorsunuz. Alarm ile birlikte fiyatı makul seviyelere geliyor. Yani hem 5 bin lira bir cctv sistemine, hem de 5 bin lira alarma vermektense bu ürün mantıklı gibi. Kameraların görüntü kalitesi fena değil, iyi hatta. Gece flash açarak renkli görüntü de alabiliyorsunuz. Görüntü kalitesi seçilerek az veri kullanımı mümkün oluyor. Şarj durumlarını bilemiyorum, zaman içerisinde göreceğiz. Olumsuz noktalara gelirsek, homebase kablolu bağlanıyor.(wifi için zorlamadım ama sanırım olmuyor) kamera braket vida delikleri çok ufak. Dış cephede mantolama varsa kamera buatı gerekebilir. çünkü 5 cm mantolama için 10 cm vidalamak lazım. o da 6 mm vida demek. 6mm bu deliklerden geçemiyor. Alarm hem homebaseden hem de kameralardan çalıyor. Homebase sesi biraz düşük, zaten ev içinde olduğundan dışarıdan duyulması biraz zor. Hele ki müstakil bir evse, evler arası mesafe varsa zor. Kablo altyapısı istememesi çok güzel, pil ve solar şarj ömrü nereye kadar götürecek bilemiyorum. Zamanla Göreceğiz ama ilk izlenimlerim son derece olumlu.

Le produit est très bien emballé, et le matériel vraiment bien fini, la première impression est très encourageante. J'ai bien aimé le petit guide autocollant de perçage, très pratique. L'installation se fait très facilement, que cela soit pour l'emplacement ou la configuration des caméras avec la HomeBase. Un petit bémol avec l'application apple homekit qui ne gère pas le 2k... ça perd un peu de son intérêt sauf si vous choisissez le kit 1080p. La qualité d'image est top, largement suffisante à mon goût et la détection sensible mais réglable marche à merveille. Les notifications push foctionnent très bien aussi tout comme l'application qui permet différents réglages. Alors oui l'alarme ce n'est pas du 120db mais ça casse quand même les oreilles, suffisant pour faire fuire ? je le pense; Suffisant pour réveiller le voisin dans un sommeil profond ... non. Maintenant l'application permet le réglage de la homebase pour la faire sonner en même temsp que la caméra ce qui devrait vous réveiller :). J'ai très peu de recul suite à l'achat mais pour le moment c'est un sans faute, je suis pleinement satisfait de mon achat. En tout cas cela s'Eufy à mon usage.
