After having a baby I had a very bad sleeping pattern After taking Swiss gummy’s I can already feel the changes and I can already see the changes in my sleeping pattern I can relax and sleep easily whenever the baby sleeps, specially at the night time. It does lead to better sleep, but my eyes feels very heavy after waking up and overall some effect on overall body strength.
