Small beads when hydrated
These did not do what I expected and so I am disappointed. I was expecting these beads to hydrate like other beads and grow to be about the size of a marble, but they did not. I had these soaking overnight, so they are definitely fully hydrated, but they only grew to about 1/4" all around. We had other water beads, and they grow bigger than that, which is what I wanted.On another note, if you like the size, these seem fairly durable, not easily broken. Pretty decent other than the size.Edited to add: They shrink down to size when they are in the water for a while, and will not grow again despite a change in water; although, I did not try dehydrating the beads first and then trying to rehydrate them -- I just tried to switch up their water to something warmer and see if they grow. Either way, I don't think these do not perform like other water beads.

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT
What a RIPOFF tiny tiny container and you open the lid and it is so overfilled they dump EVERYWHERE! The beads are incredibly tiny when water is absorbed and dull colors. This whole thing is false advertisement. They make the container look large and the beads also large and brightly colored. So disappointing.UPDATE: They break easily also....

Love love love!!! Buy buy buy!! These are worth the money. You get 4000 water beads for a great price. My kids loved them. We got to do so many activities with them. We soaked our feet, put in balloons, made stress balls, and had a play fight. They filled easily and only took minutes to start the fun. Would buy again.

I thought this item was much larger from its photo but its the size of half a box of matches, it ended up going into a stocking instead of being a larger gift.

Not so big but still a thumbs up
Not as big as i thought they would get but they are so cool anyways they are about the size of a pea but they were so fun to watch grow and my three year old had so much fun playing with then

They work, but only grow about half the size ...

Great gift for a kids BD party, hours of fun
what can't be fun about a bowl full of water beads . Summer or winter my grand kids find so much entertainment with these.
