Great customer service
The media could not be loaded. Cute product, easy to use. Haven’t had it long enough to see if it tarnished quickly. Obviously most people will figure this out but you have to put it through a couple times so the charm dangles but that’s fine and easy enough. You just have to make the hole a tiny bit bigger. The tool came broken and I contacted customer service and they were amazing. The followed up in a few hours and sent a new one the next day. Great customer service. I hope it doesn’t tarnish easily .... we will see. I recommend for sure.FYI when I got my took replacement they actually sent 2 for the inconvenience and wrote a note apologizing. Seriously, they really have great customer service. I can’t stress this enough. That’s what you want is a company to resolve you issues. They went over and above and fast. Really great company.

Turn right to open
i hardly found out how to open these drill . Turn right to open instead left . Very easy to open and you will see drill inside . I wish they had instructions or something . It took me forever to find out but hope this helps to everyone who had same problem with me .

WORKS AS ADVERTISED
FIRST OFF, THE DRILL PART IS INCLUDED LOL, TURN COUNTER CLOCK WISE, PEOPLE.NOW, THE DRILL WORKED AND THE BALLS WERE NICE. THE DRILL, HOWEVER, MAKES THE HOLES A BIT SMALL, SO THE HOOPS DO NOT MOVE AROUND FREELY, AND STAY IN STIFF. THIS IS MY ONLY ISSUE, AS I HAD TO DRILL A SECOND HOLE TO MAKE THE INITIAL BIGGER. DIDN'T COME WITH PLIERS - WOULD'VE BEEN NICE, HOWEVER IT IS NOT ADVERTISED AND I'M OKAY WITH IT. JUST WOULD'VE BEEN NICE LOLALL IN ALL, I'D RECOMMEND.

A lil tricky
My clients love this because its different, i do whish the little drill tool was thicker because its hard to put the ring through so just that lil downfall

Screwdriver broken
I can’t thread the screwdriver on the reverse side. When it’s concealed it threads on fine but when trying to use it with the screwdriver side it won’t thread on to be able to use.
