I bought these and didn't really use them much. Then I started working a night shift desk job. The bit of exercise keeps me awake. Convenient, lightweight, no smell. If I wear these out, I will be repurchasing another set.

I am too busy to go to the gym, even though I have a membership. These make my workouts quick and enjoyable. Oh, and by no means is the resistance easy. I am still experimenting with them, watching videos to get the most out of each exercise and workout. These bands are quickly becoming my “go to” choice for working out. The muscle strain feels good. You feel it. And it’s fun to try different excercises. Endless possibilities. Bringing these to my office.

They are nice and soft. They don’t rip my leg hair out. They don’t smell like cheap rubber. They’re actually fantastic for assisted pull-ups, and shoulder work. They’re exactly what I needed!

Very useful. It helped me improve my pull ups at the gym, and I also use them for work out at home when I’m short with time.

I bought this set of bands in 2020 (February if I remember right) and have been using them for over three years now, three to four times a week with my friend (6-8 uses a week between the both of us). Today on 4/27/2023 the blue band finally broke.I am happy to purchase another set, especially since the price has dropped in that time. I whole heartedly recommend this is you need a set of resistance bands.
