Bob Odenkirk reprises his "Breaking Bad" role as low-rent lawyer Saul Goodman in this spin-off/prequel series. Set in 2002, the show follows Saul-who's still using his given name of Jimmy McGill-as he gets involved in a series of morally questionable cases and perpetuates the occasional scam. Jonathan Banks also returns as ex-cop-turned-private eye Mike Ehrmantraut. With Rhea Seehorn, Patrick Fabian, Michael Mando, and Michael McKean.63 episodes on 19 discs. 52 hrs. Widescreen (Enhanced); Soundtracks: English Dolby Digital 5.1, French; Subtitles: English, Spanish, French.

Great successor to Breaking Bad
This was a great series that spun off of breaking bad, but found a voice of its own, and became an all-time classic. Love this show, and was waiting for this to go on sale, which is dead on the last prime day, and I jumped on it plenty of special features, and the video looks great. Must buy for any fan.

How could i have given Better Call Saul only 4 stars? One of the best shows ever?!?!?!
yes-it is one of the best shows ever - it is a 6/5 and it rates just lower than Breaking Bad, which I liked slightly better, I think because of its newness. The loss of a star is because of the HORRIBLE PACKAGING that this Blu-ray set comes in. Instead of different sleeves for each season which is the normal thing to do, this comes in one big case with discs often doubled with some discs falling off their spindles between packaging and arrival with the customer. Thankfully, all but one of the discs were error-free - unfortunately that was the last disc-- i was able to muddle through it, having seen it before - and, not for nothing, I wasn't rewatching the series again so soon to make sure the discs were good.Thankfully, Amazon customer service stepped up to rectify the problem, creatively. But i cannot keep these blu-rays in the case provided - they have to go into paper sleeves on my shelf

A Great Show!
I did not watch this while it was being broadcast. My only familiarity with "BETTER CALL SAUL" was through the source show, Breaking Bad. I know BETTER CALL SAUL was highly rated during it's run so now is my time to power-watch the series. I've had the set for two days and have already watched the first two seasons. It's really good.

Who at AMC Corporate is responsible for this nonsense?
For this review you could simply skip reading it and just look at the photos I've included. They speak for themselves. Nothing I could write will truly convey the horror that is the Better Call Saul complete series box set, so it's better to see it with your own eyes. But be warned: you may have clamshell nightmares so proceed at your own risk.First, I just have to state the obvious: this review is for the Better Call Saul box set, NOT the TV series itself. The TV series itself is definitely five stars, but this box set doesn't even deserve the one star I gave it. It is beyond grotesque and shocking, especially for the price you're paying. I would return it immediately and just buy the individual seasons were it not seemingly impossible to find a reasonably priced standalone copy of Season 2 on blu-ray.This is literally the most OVERPRICED box set that I have ever seen for a 6-season series that isn't in 4K, limited edition, rare or discontinued. I paid half the amount for the Breaking Bad set when it came out and the packaging is far superior. And I paid the same amount being charged here for Better Call Saul on the Game of Thrones box set in 4K with each season housed within its own separate case. With a popular mainstream series like Better Call Saul that won several awards, there is NO excuse to sell this clamshell set at the price being charged. Not even Saul Goodman would approve of this. What did Better Call Saul fans do to deserve this absolute joke of a box set? Seriously AMC, whatever we did if we say "sorry" will you please release this series in more dignified packaging worthy of a series like this? I really don't understand what happened here. I am one of those types of people who will patiently wait YEARS for a TV series I love to end JUST so I can buy the box set when it's over. That's what I did here with this series. I checked Amazon once a week when Season 6 was airing just so I could pre-order it the moment it was listed. I was so excited when it finally arrived, and then beyond disappointed when I saw it in person. The photos I've included compare the Better Call Saul box set to the Breaking Bad box set. Both are blu-ray, both are first releases, and both are AMC series. Just LOOK at the differences between the two. Breaking Bad comes in a sleek, sturdy, book-like outer package. Inside, the individual seasons have their own sleeve. Overall it looks nice and is well-organized. But most importantly, the discs are protected and not stacked upon one another. Then we've got the highly anticipated Better Call Saul box set. Just released and fresh off the grill. It feels like I made a reservation 6 years in advance to eat at a Michelin Star restaurant, then when my food arrives it's served on a paper plate and the only utensil is a plastic spork. The food is excellent, but the presentation is atrocious. This box set is a large plastic clamshell covered in a flimsy cardboard sleeve that isn't even interesting to look at. It's all black with a sprinkle of Bob Odenkirk's face and the Better Call Saul title. It looks like a placeholder design that was meant to be replaced with something better, but nope! This is the look they were actually going for. Absolutely zero effort on the outer packaging. Then there's the plastic clamshell containing all discs. If there's one thing I hate, it's clamshell packaging. It's cheap, it breaks easily, and I hate stacking discs over other discs. The irony here is that this is the cheapest, most cost-effective way to release an entire series, but then it is being charged at a luxury premium price point. This is what upsets me the most. I would be less critical if this box set was more reasonably priced, and/or if a better quality alternative was available. But since neither is the case, if you want an official box set this is literally your only option. If you can find all the seasons individually, I'd recommend getting those and NOT this awful set. It would probably be cheaper too, and certainly more durable. This box set just feels like a prank being played on consumers except nobody is laughing.

Terrible case
This is a review for the BOX-SET, not the actual show. The show is 5 out of 5 stars, brilliant. The box set is packaged horribly.1. Every disc should get its own slot. Here you have to stack them on top of eachother, which could damage the disc's. Plus its hard to pick and sort through what to watch. Not to mention it's hard to get some disc's out, it feels like I'm going to break them while trying to get them out.2. The disc's aren't secure. Some of them were loose Inside the box when I opened it. This is due to the poor packaging. This is currently the only Saul complete series on bluray as far as I'm aware, or I wouldn't have bought this one. Most collectors agree the packing is horrible. I seen one youtuber, who bought a couple '10 disc bluray Containers' to better store the discs. It's a shame I feel compelled to do the same, considering this isn't the cheapest set around $116 currently.I wouldn't mind the money so much if they took better care with the packaging. If you want to see packaging done right, I bought 'The Office complete series' on bluray, and every season has its own case, every disc has its own slot. That's how you do it. Simple, and looks great.I will say one positive though, and the disc art looks really good.
