A nice set wire strippers/cutters/crimpers in a small tool.
The media could not be loaded. I have a set of wire Strippers I bought at Radio Shack years ago. I tried to buy a couple spare units a little while back only to discover they were discontinued. I really liked them so I asked about them in a subreddit dedicated to RS products and someone pointed these out. These are the almost the exact same as the RS brand of ones I’ve had for ages but with a couple extra crimper points. They are very nice and convenient. Very good cutting blades and the wire striping side of the tool is well made and works without fail. These are not at all chincy or cheap feeling. They are just great. Most recently I used them to cut, strip, and then crimp terminal ends onto speaker wires for my stereo. A good item to have in your tool kit. Buy more than one, one in the workbench, one in the traveling work bag, and one to give your friend who keeps borrowing your tools. The way the cutting and crimping blades are switched between by flipping the handles around is kinda fun too, you can do it in a fluid movement like flipping out a switchblade. Imma gonna cut yer wires, man.

Great set of wiring pliers, if you treat them right.
These are great every day wiring pliers. For reference, every pair of these I've owned has been red and black, rather than the blue in the picture. I find the pairs I own much more attractive than those in the picture, though, so I think this is a surprise bonus. The build quality of these pliers is the reason I give them only four stars. They work perfectly, so long as you don't treat them roughly or overuse them. Over frequent use, however, I've broken a set of these pliers by dulling the cutters, and I've also had the lock break on another set of them. The kitschy little tab that locks the pliers into place when you're not using them is very delicate and easy to break, it simply bends up and suddenly the pliers are annoying to put in your pocket or store away closed. If you plan to subject these pliers to heavy or rough use, I'd recommend paying more, or storing them in a holster/precision toolbelt.

great device, soft metal blade
So the unit is great but it is truly design to work soft copper wire. Do not try and cut, say the support wire that runs through flexible vent line as it will wreck the blade. Trust me I have done it. The tool is still indispensable, just wish I could get the one radioshack use to make.

... use something similar to this from RadioShack which was great. Unfortunately
I used to use something similar to this from RadioShack which was great. Unfortunately, the stopped selling this item. This is similar but a bit inferior in that it does not strip as good as the RadioShack one. I love the idea of not having to switch tools when working on electronics projects as you can cut a piece from the spool and strip it right away using one tool. I used to use electrician's combination tool before but the handles are usually so bulky and awkward that I never enjoyed using them. This is my favorite.

Best strippers ever. 10/10
The original set I had came from radio shack years ago and the spring broke. I searched everywhere for a replacement and finally came across these. Seems to be made by the same company and then re-branded, not sure, either way they are identical in design to the original radio shack ones. They work great and being able to switch from the extra sharp cutters to the strippers with one hand is perfect. Do yourself a favor and give these a shot.

It kinda works..
Was happy to see a tool like this with hopes of having something I could use on home projects easily. But it’s build quality is lacking. The Handel with its curve makes it hard to get a firm grip on.It can barely crimp good quality crimps (like the seamless molex brand crimps)Biggest issue is it’s center pin that holds it all together. It isn’t centered. I have to rotate the pin around to get the 2 half’s of the tool to meet up and do their job, or else there is a goos 1/2mm gap at the tip making the tool useless.Would not recommend this to anyone.

Great Idea, If It Had Worked
This stripper/cutter/crimper combo tool would have allowed me to lighten my tool bag substantially. Unfortunately, after the first use, the side I flipped to wouldn’t come together completely. Because of this the cutters were unable to cut, and the strippers would no longer strip wire effectively. It’s a shame that a great idea doesn’t deliver.
