Minor Cosmetic Differences but Works Well
For the most part, this product operates as advertised. The tube that expresses the soap has to be inserted just so or manipulated to line up with the hole where it comes out when you refill the bottle but, once this measure is taken, the functionality is perfect. I was less than pleased with the look of the product when it arrived. The photo in the listing shows a clean, word-free, front. The unit I received read "Shampoo" and "Shower Gel" on the front. As I didn't want to go through the hassle of shipping and returns, I decided to remove the writing with fingernail polish. Further, the chrome part of the button is a pretty bad and overly shiny fake version of real chrome. I assumed it wouldn't be real at this price point but I have seen better imitations. Overall, it's fine and since the functionality works I will be keeping it.

So far so good
I just installed this product. It came on time, but it was very dirty. It looked like something that had been sitting in warehouse somewhere. There was a layer of crud inside and outside. I thoroughly washed it, and it looks great now. If it comes dirty, don't be scared. Just wipe it off. Mine did not come with the 3M adhesive tape that it was supposed to have. I received some weird glue instead. I have no interest in drilling holes into my tile shower wall so I bought velcro command strips and that has seemed to work. A few other posts have mentioned leaking. So far there has been no leaking but I will update this if I do see any.Note: DO NOT overfill these bottles. Keep an inch or so away from the top or it pops the top off and spills on the inside.**update: It's been a few days, and I've used the dispensers multiple times. There has been no leaking!

Decent deal, a little flimsy
I installed this with waterproof command strips. It doesn’t seem to be the sturdiest contraption and every time I open it to refill it I get worried that a piece is going to break off. It does keep my shower nice and organized and it hasn’t broken yet. You do need to push the pump a number of time as it only deposits a small amount at a time.
