This is great if you’re going to need a lot of battery life to charge devices. It does what it says and I can charge my iPhone throughout the week before recharging. It also has a low power charge function for AirPods and smaller devices. It is pretty heavy but in a backpack or sling, you won’t notice it. This is my daily battery pack for work, travel or when I know I’ll be away from an electrical outlet. Great for airports and vacations. I’ve been on long flights when the usb outlets didn’t work, no problem! It charged my iPad and our phones either way ease. The charge time for the pack is very long unless you get higher capacity plug, I use my MacBook plug and it charges fast. Just remember, it is heavier than the low capacity packs but I like the comfort of knowing it will charge all my devices with ease of if I ever need it to.

I have long been a fan of Anker products, and I own many chargers, batteries and even their Eufy Robovac. Recently I acquired a new eBike, and since I am taking longer trips than I ever have before, I bought this portable charger because I needed a reliable power source for my phone and portable speaker while out and about. The charger has a sleek design - albeit a little heavy, a fast charging speed, and a long battery life. It can charge my phone, tablet, and laptop without any issues. The weight, while some may see as a negative, is more than made up for in the capacity this thing has. If you want capacity, you will have to sacrifice a little comfort and space. The device itself is almost all battery though, so the size is quite respectable given the output.With that said, after a few months of use, I noticed that one of the USB-C ports became loose and started to cause connection problems. Sometimes the charger would stop charging my device if I moved the wire slightly. I was very disappointed because I really liked this product, and I was just outside of the Amazon return period for it.I decided to contact Anker directly through email and explain the situation. They responded quickly and asked me to send them a video of the device showing the issue. I did that and they confirmed that it was a defective unit. They apologized for the inconvenience and offered to send me a brand-new device within a couple of days. They also told me to keep the original device as a convenience to me.I am very impressed by their customer service and how they handled the situation. They were courteous, professional, and generous. The new device arrived quickly, and it works perfectly. I am very happy with my purchase, and I would recommend Anker products to anyone who needs a portable charger (or really anything in their product line!). They are a great company that stands behind their products and cares about their customers.

This portable is honestly great it takes a whole day to charge but the best thing about it is how convenient and fast it charges my devices I love this so much especially for power outages or emergencies it’s also very heavy.

Functionality Zero.Step 2: Enjoy the magic. Ease to use.For two glorious weeks, I was living the dream. High-speed charging for all my devices. I felt invincible. I was the walking power grid. Battery life and Capacity sounded great?Step 3: Reality check.Then… it decided full charges were just “too much work.” I followed Anker’s own magical ritual—drain it, recharge it, never let it drop below 80%—and sure, it worked. For a few days. Then it decided to retire early. Permanently.Step 4: Customer service fun.Contacted Anker support. Got instructions that basically read like an ancient scroll: “Repeat the steps that already failed.” Replacement? Not an option for fast service. Translation: “Enjoy your $100 paperweight.”Final thoughts:Out of all the Anker products I’ve owned—and I’ve owned plenty—this is the first one that flopped. Usually, they’re rock-solid. This? This was an expensive lesson in disappointment, disguised as a power bank. Highly recommend… if your goal is to practice Zen-level patience before it dies on you.

What can I say? Reliable. Power-full. Perfect for my mobile workstation backpack. I don't use it often, but when I need it on the odd occasion it's always ready to get me through my lack-of-an-outlet day working remotely.Powerful enough to charge my MacBook Pro can charge on this bank for multiple hours. Does it charge the MacBook Pro fast? No, but I never expected it to. Does it charge the MacBook enough to keep it running while using basic productivity software, Chrome, streaming music, and other light work? Absolutely.This portable charger is quite heavy and large, but that's exactly what I was looking for! It's heavy because it keeps things powered when I need it. I'm not taking this hiking in the backwoods! I'm carrying it for ten minutes in my commuter backpack whilst searching for a table to work from in a busy shopping mall.I will note that it does get warm when charging larger devices like a MacBook Pro or an iPad Pro, but easily managed by ensuring it's out of the backpack and ventilated on a table.I would absolutely recommend this to someone looking for a lot of power that is reasonable portable.

This battery is heavy. Yes I know, it's 40000mah, but it's heavy. At the same time it works really well. I'm able to ensure that in a power outage, phones stay charged. It's worth the weight.
