size 16 is for which age ?

It fits my daughter who is size XL. She is big a little chunky. I say it’s most for a 10 yr old.

My grand daughter weigh 30 pounds and i do not see size chart is size 6 to big

Looks like I bought a size 4 for my daughter. She weighs 35lbs and has thighs and a booty that are a bit bigger than average. Not huge, but I always have to buy a size up on her bottoms because she complains they are too tight if I don't. The size 4 fits her perfectly. If she gains much more weight though I'll probably have to go up to a size 5. I hope this helps!

Are these full briefs or bikini?

. I would say those are girls briefs. It is hard to tell. Don't think they are bikinis .
