Perfect for scripture notes! And tiny writing!
Honestly the best freaking pens!!! I wanted a very small pen that wrote smoothly so I could write in my scripture margins legibly!! They write very smooth, don’t catch, and allow you to write very very small. Couldn’t be happier!!!! Dries really fast too! All the notes on this page are from this pen.

THE SEARCH IS OVER
Thanks for reading! Over the last couple of years I’ve been on a quest to find and test the pens with the finest points. From subjective writing/drawing experience to quantitative measurements with a scanning electron microscope, I’ve put more than 30 different ultra-fine tipped pens (0.38mm or less) through a multitude of tests to determine which strikes the perfect balance between fine lines and smooth writing. This pen, without a doubt, is the smoothest writing rollerball with a nib size under 0.3mm that I have ever come across. If a pen could feel like a mechanical pencil, but with unbreakable lead, and rich black lines, this is it. I want every excuse to write with this pen now. It’s better than the 0.25mm Pentel Slicci by miles, and the 0.28mm uni-ball edge by light years. I may buy a few dozen of these in case they ever get discontinued. ONE MAJOR CAVEAT I have never tested the Rotring Isograph series of pens, which do actually get down to a nib size of 0.1mm. The problem is that they’re nib does not fall into a traditional category, and requires cleaning after every use… which is a major deal break for me. At the time of writing, the world’s finest tipped rollerball pen (discontinued 5 years prior) can be purchased new on eBay for ~$1200-$1400… with a nib size of 0.18mm. Pretty incredible, the price and precision engineering I mean. But, I DO NOT have that kind of money to spend on something used to mark dehydrated tree blood, so here I am buying $10-$20 pens/pen sets hoping to satisfy my itch.

Good all-'rounder! Sketch and write smaller'n ever!
Love these pens. Very reliable. Nice thin lines, I use them for writing and drawing and love them for both. For some reason I can't bring myself to use my similarly sized microns for writing. I guess the price of these is a little more attractive to be my all around pen. Occasionally you'll get some scratchy lines, but the flow will pick back up in no time. I have one of these everywhere I sit down to write something. Eventually I'll move through an entire ink cartridge. My most used one is a quarter spent. I use it daily for writing about a page and do a couple quick sketches with it.

Amazing quality
I love these pens for urban sketching however i would love them even more if they used waterproof ink, they have a nice feel when you're sketching for extended periods

Very fine pens 7/10
The best pens for fine writing. Use them for school and love. Sometimes you have to shake the pen a little or the ink will skip. May try to find another brand bc the skipping gets annoying but if I can find anything as fine point then dark in color then I will repurchase. Comfortable to hold and writes smoothly. Many people mistaken it for pencil.

I like extremely fine pens. This one is the best.
Concise review: If you are looking for a small pen, this pack of 5 is exactly what you want. I have searched for pens that will write EXTREMELY SMALL. I have tried smaller pens, and this is the BEST PEN I can find. I use this pen EVERY DAY. I WRITE A LOT of notes and pages each day on different kinds of paper, and it is great for all common types of paper. If you are looking for a small pen, this pack of 5 is exactly what you want. Not sold yet? Extra information that you may or may not find helpful: Paper and smear: I write on regular notebooks for school, and it works great. I underline and write dates in my Bible, which has very thin pages. I write on journal pages of my Moleskin and Leuchturm, and it's great, though can have a slight smear if not careful, but they are still worth it in that case. Lifetime: I bought these pens in July, and I wrote a couple pages in a journal every day until late August, when I added multiple pages of notes daily in 17 credits of classes. I didn't write in all these classes, but I return now at the end of January to review these pens and buy more. I have 1 full pen left, and I have 2 more that probably have only a few weeks left. Weight: Light. Feel: I don't get tired of using them. As for the claims of feeling like you're scratching the paper, meh. Maybe. I'd say not really though. I've torn through a few pieces of very thin paper over the course of 7 months, but it hasn't been anything that's annoyed me or would stop me from purchasing these pens. I underline and write dates into my thin-paged Bible every day, gently, and I have not torn any page. Overall summary and input: I'm just a guy who likes fine pens. These are the pens are the best I've ever found. I used to think that the Pilot G2 .38 Pens were great, but now they feel like using a marker to write. These might be some fake-Pilot-Japan-made pens, but they are actually great, and I'll be using them until I die or they make a smaller version.

Fine writing!
My son wanted these to do math in college because they write like a fine point pencil, but are pens. I loved them so much I bought myself a set. I will say the print can be hard to read (age may have something to do with it) because it is so fine, but he loves them so 5 stars!

I was looking for an alternative to Muji’s hexagonal 0.25 pens since they’re already out of the market. Luckily, I found an article that says these Pilot hi-tec-C 0.25 pens are a good alternative. I tried writing with them as soon as I got them and I’m happy with the purchase. Muji’s is still the best and I’m hoping they would bring them back but this ones are great too.

I had to buy them because they were pens I had used since middle school. It's really good. I highly recommend it.
