How do i know the battery status? i plugged in usb-c but no light shows.

When charging with the usb-c, light is RED and when it's done it goes to WHITE. When turning it on to use it, light is WHITE. If can't see RED light when you first charge it, must be a bad unit.

Why is the seller *still* mailing me begging for five star reviews? How do I get it to stop?!?

Not sure about that….but I don’t see why not. You’ll have to take more time if it’s bushy. 😀
