Great product for my wife who has been getting more involved with increased creativity with decoration of cakes and cupcakes. Order was easy. However, the box did not come with the 48 piping tip picture guide to reference when using different tips. I was able to contact company directly and they were very responsive via email. I support this product and absolutely support reaching out directly to company if there are any concerns about product or missing parts! Top flight service.

I'm not new to baking but I am new to decorating beyond the crumb coat (thanks food network!! LoL) I had been picking up a piece here and there from my local grocery store just to be annoyed when the pieces didn't fit together (example: tips didn't fit inside the coupler). My husband noticed my frustrations and purchase this kit for me and I love it!! Let's start with the box itself - it's a tackle box for cake supplies! Everything has a place and the box can easily be stored without worrying that piece will end up in never land (back 40 if my cupboard) There's 36 small, 6 medium and 4 Russian tips!! Piping bags, couplers, fondant tools, and more. This kit also comes with a 50 page booklet filled with basic cake and frosting recipes AND explains what the tips are and how to use them for beginners like myself! The best part?!? This kit also comes with a 2 year extended warranty so I don't have to worry. It's almost beginner proof! I'm obsessed and can't wait to start decorating my treats to look as good as they taste!!

Has everything and more for cake decorating

The set looks fine. It was a gift for my granddaughter who is very excited to start learning how to decorate. The user manual is good but the QR code on the cover does not work. It’s supposed to link to details of all the items in the kit. I’m disappointed in that but I’ve messaged the company to see if they will supply it.

Cheaply made, but expected that due to price. I wanted to try out many of the tips and tools online thus kit and it provided that. Tool box handy. All the tips fall over... needs spool type holders.

My wife loved this. I got it for her as a gift dor completing her baking class. She has been using it every chance she gets. My wife and I highly recommend this if you love to bake.

I love this thing! It has solved all of my piping woes honestly and makes piping SO much easier especially for beginners. Not a huge capacity but I was able to cover this cake in 1 round minus the colored icing.

I bought it for the wife for Christmas. She seems impressed. Solid purchase.
