Highly Recommend — Great Product and Outstanding Support
The Neodrain Linear Shower Drain looks fantastic. The brushed 304 stainless steel feels sturdy, and the Quadrato grate adds a clean, modern aesthetic. I’m glad I chose it for my two‑unit project. What really stood out, though, was their customer service. I reached out about an issue that wasn’t their fault, yet they were incredibly responsive and offered a fair compromise. You really see a manufacturer’s true character when you need help, and Neodrain showed theirs in the best way. Their quick replies and solid resolution mean I’ll be looking to Neodrain again for my next project.

Upgrade from then round drain
Looks beautiful in my shower. Contractor said it was nice quality. It is still the same diameter drain hole- so if you normally clog the drain with hair, keep the provided hook close by.

Fine Looking and Excellent Quality
A lovely and quality piece. I've had this drain installed and in use for several months and it's both handsome and holding up very well. It's in an upscale seasonal rental property where I choose materials conscientiously, and I would not have installed this drain if it appeared to have any deficiencies out of the box. It's made to really good tolerances and is a proper gauge. I hate to disappoint the you-get-what-you-pay-for crowd, but you could pay a whole lot more for a drain of this quality and do no better. I'll be buying another for another bathroom.

Great product for shower renovations.
We had two showers (same house) renovated and had this drain installed in each (had to have the center drain pipe moved). We love them -- so much better than the standard round drain in the center of showers, and the removable 'cup' makes it easy to clean out hair.

Two things to consider
Love this drain. Super good quality. Easy to install. 1. Do know the screen basket is quite small and needs to be cleaned more often than you might think. 2. The cool thing about the linear drain is that it allows you to install large format tile on the floor because the slope is a plane as apposed to bowl shaped with a traditional drain. What I didn't realize is that large format tile is more slippery if it doesn't have texture on it. On a traditional shower, the grout lines give you traction. I used a similar 12x24 tile that I used on the walls and it can be silppery. If you didn't clean it regularly it would get siippery....but even just washing my feet with soap, I find I need to be super careful. It would be a liability if you had elderly people in your home or were using it in a vacation rental.
