Ingredients: Purified Water (Aqua), Hyaluronic Acid, Aspalathus Linearis (Red Tea) Extract, Lactobacillus/ Acerola Cherry Ferment, Saccharomyces Zinc Ferment, Saccharomyces Magnesium Ferment, Saccharomyces Iron Ferment, Saccharomyces Silicon Ferment, Phenoxyethanol, EthylhexylglycerinAll products feature skin-nourishing, antioxidant-rich plant cell actives that are organic, non-irritating, and free of toxins and unnecessary additives. Premium product, premium price, premium performance. Follow directions! Apply before moisturizer.ALL GOLDFADEN MD PRODUCTS ARE FREE OF UNNECESSARY ADDITIVES AND HARSH, INFLAMMATORY SUBSTANCES INCLUDING PARABENS, PETROCHEMICALS, MINERAL OIL, ALCOHOL, SILICONE, ARTIFICIAL COLORS, SYNTHETIC FRAGRANCES, AND GLUTEN.MEANWHILE, EACH PRODUCT IS DERMATOLOGIST-TESTED, HYPOALLERGENIC, VEGETARIAN, AND CERTIFIED CRUELTY-FREE BY PETAnot too shabby, eh? In addition,"All of our bottles are constructed with over 70% of recycled plastics. All of our boxes are made from 60% recycled paper. Both are 100% recyclable"Over the past few years, I have used a wide variety of Goldfaden MD products. This brand leaves a highly favorable impression. I think it will benefit those with more mature skin, or troubled skin. Overall simple, but effective ingredients that deliver. Like many of their products, a little goes a long way. No real noticeable scent (only using a drop or two, and my nose has been stuffed. They dont use synthetics or intentional scenting. This includes acerola cherry extract which some people may be able to detect. Functional ingredient). Fine for men or women. When using products with hyaluronic acid (not an actual acid, but a humectant), be sure to apply to slightly damp face (like after washing), apply a little of this (don't need much) then lock it in with a moisturizer. This is very important, as hyaluronic acid draws water to itself, and will pull from anywhere it can get it. Basically you dont want it taking it from your skin, but instead from other products and the air. That is why some people experience increased dryness from HA because they don't give it moisture to pull from.In my experience, Goldfaden MD products last a long time. I never need much. I dont rate on price, but this is within price range of products I typically use. It is a well researched line which is what I typically look for when selecting a product. I do use some drugstore stuff, but my 40 something skin seems best affected by higher end stuff (doesnt have to cost a lot but sometimes it does). I usually put my money into serums and a really good sunscreen. Take a look at their web for creating your own skin care ritual with products geared for your needs.

Wonderful product, will spoil me for other skin care products
I have not had this product long, but already I am impressed. I will make a note to edit this with updates either about any rash/irritations or any dramatic improvement, but right now, I can say I like it, like the way it feels on my skin (comforting, absorbs, not sticky), and like the ingredients. it is soothing and gentle.Unlike most skin care products, the ingredient list is not half a page of unpronounceable things, but contains things like tea, cherry, zinc and hyaluronic acid (which seems to be in every skin care product these days). There is no animal testing and no animal products so as a vegetarian, I can rest easy knowing no animal suffered for this product. It also does not contain mineral oil, which is very pore clogging on me, and it does not contain any petrochemicals. One of the claims is that it helps sooth redness in the complexion and since I have rosacea, I was particularly interested in this claim. I think it is helping, and hopefully I will see definite results in another week or so. So far, so good.It goes on smooth, only a few drops are needed, and it doesn't leave a messy residue. Directions call for adding a moisturizer after it has soaked in. I don't like to layer too many products, so I proceeded cautiously with that, but so far, so good. Yeah, I said that already. When I added a thin layer of liquid make-up, I was pleased that the make-up went on smoothly and did not gum up like make-up will sometimes do over certain other skin products.I will say that since I live in a hot, humid climate, I worried about product build up and that sticky, heavy feeling too many things on my skin create, but this is light enough that it didn't bother me.The real trick for me is whether a product irritates or breaks me out, so this has not, so here I go again--so far, so good.Let me check back on this review when I have used more of it. In the meantime, yes, I like it. It seems both gentle and effective. The big negative is the hefty price, but a little does seem to go a long way.

One of the best non-oil based serums I've tried
Now that I've been turned on to oil-based serums, of which Osmia Organics Restore and Averr Aglow Forever Radiant Essential Renewing Serum are my favorite, I can only say that Goldfaden MD Radical Difference is one of the best non-oil based serums I've tried, with the considerably less expensive serum from DS Laboratories a notch above on my list. I've been using Cremo shaving cream on a regular basis, and its "impossibly slick" tagline would be even more accurately assigned to this Goldfaden MD product, because the first thing I noticed is its extreme slickness. What's strange, however, is the packaging of this product claiming it's "fragrance-free", with the product description here in contrast proclaiming its cherry scent. So which is it? While a cherry scent might sound appealing, I assure you that it disappointingly provides absolutely zero scent. In an earlier review of mine for a serum from Skin Regimen, I mentioned that it wasn't until I tried out a kit from OxygenCeuticals containing a toner, serum, and cream that I realized serum needs to be applied as part of a three step process in-between applications of toner and cream. After having used post-shave creams for many years, and only just recently introducing toner as a first step, I actually didn't initially know how to use a serum. At a current price per ounce of $80, this one from Goldfaden MD is unfortunately just too expensive for the effect it provides. If you can afford this product and your skin can handle an oil-based serum, get Osmia Organics Restore or Averr Aglow Forever Radiant Essential Renewing Serum instead, else I suggest DS Laboratories.
