Tall pan, but still fits within an air fryer
This is the perfect pan for the America's Test Kitchen air fryer cheesecake recipe. Its tall enough to accommodate the cheesecake with a thick oreo cookie crust and still fit within your air fryer. I've had another pan that wasn't this tall and started to rust along the rim. Don't cheap out on a pan! This is the one you want.

Too large to fit my instant pot. Works well in oven. Easy to clean.

This pan leaks
I would suggest you test the pan with water before you use it. It leaked the first time I used and I thought maybe I had closed incorrectly. I used again yesterday and made sure I closed correctly and it leaked again, so I tested it with water and the pan definitely leaks. Too late to return unfortunately

Perfect for small cakes
If you are having spills, make sure yours isn’t dented in shipping. Other than that it does exactly what I needed it for. Use a warm wet towel on the outside or parchment paper inside to nicely release your cake.
