Decent pump
The suction is nice and fills the 1500 L in 1h 5 mins to the second floor (in my case), noise is very low and the body the blue part of the pump is made of metal and the red part is of plastic. It comes with a fan already attached in the back side of the pump to reduce heat, I have tested the power consumption and it is nearly 350W or 0.35kW. Things to remeber - i) don't operate when the water is not flowing through the pump pipes it needs some water to flow first then only it can create suction and fill tank. ii) Connect the pump with earthing to best ensure that it is safe against accedential touch with the pump during operation.

When the pump set get complaint, How the customer raise complaint
5 th April 2023, I ordered Crompton pumpset at Amazon site. But May 28 th pump set was stop working. I search Crompton customer care number.. Then I complaint not connected service center person, connected only recording voice only. I don't know how to give complaint. I went nearest pumpset shop tell him to my problem. He give Customer care number. But online purchase customers not easily find out customer service request number. This is very bad experience to me. When After one week, there is not solved my pump set problem. Why my pump set problem solve. Customer care not responding properly .

Mini water pump
suction power is not enough I tested the pump 4 meter suction and 12 meter delivery ( total 16 meter) company claiming 41 meters,.Water pressure is very low( suction delivery are 1 inch . Now I am trying for 3/4 inch suction and delivery. I am not satisfied the pump performance . I purchased 1 inch one roll pipe for 1800 rupees. pump will take few minutes for sucking.
