It has been helpful and on the stronger side but the difference is minimal. It's existent but not the greatest. Nothing wrong with it.

Ok product.
These were ok. Husband didn't have a hard time swallowing them and taste wasn't too bad. Pill was average size nothing gigantic or anything. He didn't experience any kind of side effects that they warn you about. He's been taking this for about a month and hasn't really seen any real changes. Might need to take for a few months to see any kind of results. He is a heavy lifter, so always looking for anything that will improve his performance in the gym. Just didn't really get what he was looking for out of this.

Great value if you need DHEA regularly
I need to take DHEA daily to help combat the faster muscle breakdown from fibromyalgia, so that I'm rebuilding it faster than it breaks down; for me, this requires a higher dosage than most people would take as a supplement, so this 180-capsule bottle is a 3-month supply at my dose. For under $20, that's a pretty solid deal.This is a pretty standard DHEA capsule, so it's got basically no flavor or smell, and the medium-large capsule is still easy to swallow even on days when I'm having trouble with more solid foods. It's a great supplement option for me, but it can skew hormone balance in people who don't need it, so use with a reasonable amount of caution.
