Best Value for Money
Tastes exactly like sour watermelon sweets! Mixes well and makes a noticeable difference to my workouts, keeping my focus and energy level up for a good few hours. Currently on offer £10, so great value for money.

READ BEFORE YOU BUY!
This pre workout is the is like every other around this price range. Works well to get the job done. Now please please do not start with a full scoop . Or you will have reactions like tingles or upset stomach. The scoop provided in case is far too big. I recommend you start with a quarter scope and over a few weeks go up. But only go up a quarter at a time and if the quarter you on works for the job do not go up.!!!!!!!

It works but not impressed.
I reviewed this item after using it a few times, & at 1st, I thought it was brilliant. It does what it says on the tin, BUT, after using it for a few weeks, I had a MAJOR breakout of spots! At 1st, I didn't even think it could be down to using this, so I tried everything to get rid of them. Confused (as i usually have clear skin), I changed my whole skin care routine, changed the food I was eating, started taking probiotic tablets, stopped all sugar, etc, but they just kept getting worse. In the end, I googled if it could be caused by Creatine, answer 'No', then asked about Pre-workout powder. The answer was a resounding 'Yes!'Maybe I should have looked into the side effects 1st maybe, my bad, but I had used a different pre-workout powder before & had no problems. In short, if you are prone to breakouts, DO NOT use this powder.I now only use Creatine & just sheer will power! Best way, I've learnt.
