Hello brought this but it’s come with no honey jar what do I need to do ?

I would contact customer service and explain that it came without the honey jar. Or return it and get a refund! If it was me I'd take a Pic of the product as it should help. So you only got the lip balm? Can't think why no jar. Hope you can resolve this issue.

It may be that they are low on stock, or the specific seller may only have 1 jar available. I would check alternative sellers to remedy this.
