Seems like it could have been an easy fix to work ...
After draining the batteries almost all the way on accident by not releasing the pressure to allow the auto shut off I read another review that reminded me of the design flaw to correct that.BE SURE TO PRESS THE PRESSURE RELEASE VALVE BEFORE TURNING OFF. if you don't release the pressure after use the auto shut off won't work and even holding the power button will still not work and leaving pressure in the line it will turn back on.Seems like it could have been an easy fix to work in something around that, only reason for not getting the 5th star

After correcting a small defect this air gauge works very well.
I saw this gauge and was excited. I have a dune buggy we drive on the street and take on the sand. Before we go on the beach we drop the air pressures 10-15psi then pump them back up afterwards. On the beach we run 6-10psi and 15-25psi on the street. So the low pressure reading and bleeder valve were important to me. When I got it and first used it, I was pleased and excited. After two days of on and off the beach use I noticed that I could not get two readings the same a few seconds apart. They varied by 3-6psi each time. I was also not please by how slow the bleeder valve worked. It was a slow process to drop the tire pressures. At the last use on the second day of use the hose broke off at the base of the gauge. I did not twist or pull it. I was very frustrated with this. I would never consider this one again.----------------------------------Continued-----------------------------------------I was angry and frustrated when this air gauge failed. I have since gone back and looked at what failed. It appeared to have the crimp at one of the hose fail. I had the tools to fix this crimp. I did this and now now the air gauge works well. I have since used it several times. Now that the hose is not leaking. The gauge appears to read the air pressure accurately. It seems to be built very durable. I may be ordering a second one of these for one of my other vehicles.Continued again, i can not believe how far this company went to correct the problems I had with this gauge. Their replacement worked incredibly well. Their service was go great that I hope they make more products that I need. They will be on my list of good companies to buy things from. After owning two of these for 3 years now they are still working great. The company had gone out of their way to make up for a problem I had with the first one that was replaced and corrected. I have dune buggies and I autocross. With both of those air pressure it an important part of what we do. Autocrossing I often change tire pressures by a few tenths of a pound of pressure. With the dune buggies we will run around 5psi on the beach and put 20 psi on the road. It is important to bleed the air down when needed. This gauge works perfectly and other than the hose failing from a defect it has worked perfectly since then. I am going to buy another one.

May not agree with your car tire pressure system
Been working well over the past year

It's ok.
We have 6 cars that I have to maintain. For some reason it doesn't fit tight on the other cars when I'm checking the air pressure. There a hissing sound that the air is coming out. I tried it with a different gauge and there's no problem. I also tried it with a cheap gauge and there's no problem. Also the light doesn't stay on long enough. This is annoying when I'm checking the pressure at night.

Made it to just past one year, but quick response from seller
Update: I was contacted by the seller offering me a full refund and asking me to purchase the product again, which I am doing. I appreciate the quick response and have raised my rating from three to four stars.Original review.I bought this gauge one year and two days ago. It has worked very well for that time. I use it weekly on my motorcycle, somewhat less often on the cars. Unfortunately, today it started leaking from the pressure relief button, making it essentially nonfunctional.

So far it works just fine. However, it does trap the air if you do not release it.
Easy to read, easy to use. So far it works just fine. However, it does trap the air if you do not hit the air release button. Of all the air pressure gauges that I have, this is the only one that does that, really odd but I suppose it allows you to see the pressure reading even after you remove it from the tire. Not sure about the accuracy as none of my gauges match each other. Range of readings is about 2-3 psi differences.

Gets the job done
Seems pretty accurate compared to the Longacre one I normally use. Kind of a cheap product. Will absolutely get the job done. Anyone needing super super accurate measurements would not be using a $20 Chinese gauge from Amazon anyways. I use it for checking tire pressures on rally cars.

Nothing to complain about here!
What can I say? First this was a very well packaged device. Places in a cloth bag like a Crown Royal bottle then into a cardboard box. They even included the two AA batteries (though I used my new ones as a matter of principle). It is easy to use and holds the tire pressure reading by the very effective method of having Schrader valves that do not leak when removed from the tire stem. You have to use the air release button before measuring the next tire to reset the pressure reading. The backlit screen is also very large and easy to read. Quite happy with this.
