Q: What is the size of the actual jumping surface? Is it large enough for an adult?

The jumping surface is. 27”. Plenty big for an adult … unless you are doing gymnastic flips. I was initially concerned about the size but it has turned out to be just right for a 66 year old woman.

You can contact the seller to get the replacement legs. They will send them to you ASAP. I have gotten the replacement legs.

Q: Is it missing the foam safety padding that most trampolines have around the circumference?

Mine does not have safety padding.

Q: There are conflicting answers about the height. How tall is it actually?

I love my Mini Trampoline and use it all the time. I just measured the height of the trampoline and come up with 12 inches of the ground.
