Yes, the OxiClean Max Force Laundry Stain Remover Spray does work to remove underarm stains. From a variety of our team members we received a resounding "YES!" when we sent out a quick survey specifically regarding this issue. The most common helpful hint was to spray the area as soon as possible, working the spray into the fabric well, let the spray work for around 30 minutes, then generously re-apply to the stain just prior to placing in the wash. The container says it does, but I would try cold water and soap to begin with. If the stains are set, either via washing or drying, OxiClean might lessen them but I doubt that they would be removed completely.
